Christian metalcore band For Today have now released their third full length album 'Breaker'. Recorded at New Jersey studio The Machine Shop with Will Putney (Bloodsimple, Haste The Day) the new album is twelve tracks of 'metal infused hardcore'.

'Breaker' is the follow-up to the band's 2009 release 'Portraits'. The album stands as a post in the ground, signifying a moment that has been in the works since before the foundations of the earth were laid. I see a generation of hopeless, abandoned, and addicted people finally having the chains of deception broken off of them, and being sent forth, no longer as broken people, but in unity, as the Breaker. This album is their manifesto."
The album includes the first single 'Devastator', which was released in June and the follow-up single 'Seraphim', released in July. After headlining this year's 'Scream The Prayer' Tour, For Today will be supporting Bleeding Through on tour later this year.
