Switchfoot Finishing New Album 'Vice Verses'

Switchfoot will release their new studio album 'Vice Verses' this summer. The US rock band are currently in the studio finishing the album with producers Neal Avron and Mike Elizondo and engineer Adam Hawkins. The final release date has yet to be confirmed but is expected to be in summer 2011.

The band have been keeping fans informed of the album's progress via Twitter, writing recently "Think we figured out the first and last songs on the record... Afterlife - Where I Belong... Can't wait to play #ViceVerses live."

Although the final track listing has just to be confirmed, the band have mentioned fourteen track titles in various messages on Twitter, such as: "Two more songs written: 'just press play' and 'where I belong'".

'Vice Verses' will be the band's eighth album, following on from 2009's hugely successful 'Hello Hurricane' which won the Grammy award for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album earlier this year.
