The new album from Nick & Becky Drake, titled 'Unique', is given the genre of 'All-Age Worship' by their label Kingsway. We all know what that normally means don't we... yep, kids music. Or does it? I started played the album to my five year-old son to see what he thought and pretty quickly he said, "this isn't Children's music", and I know exactly what he meant.So often Christian music that is aimed at children is dumbed-down, silly, patronising and really NOT what children want to listen to.
