Nov 15 2013

Jars of Clay is aiming to raise $50,000 for Typhoon Relief in the Philippines. Their song 'Fall Asleep', from its acclaimed recent album, 'Inland', is available to download on NoiseTrade with all of the proceeds from the single being used to support The Red Cross in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.

"We want to help our brothers and sisters in the Philippines and we need your help", explains the band.

"Our recent video for 'Fall Asleep' was a gift to us from the Filipino people. It was shot and produced in Manila last Easter by Filipino Director Luis Daniel Tabuena and features Actress and Model Rhian Ramos, all of their time and talents were given as a gift at no charge to us.

Join us and the many others as we hope to be generous in turn with our love, prayers and finances during this great time of need for our friends and neighbors that have been ravaged by Typhoon Haiyan.

Download our single for 'Fall Asleep' for free from NoiseTrade and any and all tips raised will go directly to Typhoon relief via the Philippine Red Cross."

"I incorporated the sun and stars from the Filipino flag, as well as the skyline of Manila," says lead vocalist, Dan Haseltine of the artwork created for the single. "We are hoping to raise $50,000 to help serve the amazing people of the Philippines and will be working with The Red Cross to insure the funds are used properly and efficiently."

Playing 'Fall Asleep' and other selections from its current album, 'Inland', along with its fan favorites and Christmas classics, Jars of Clay launches its 'Inland Christmas Tour' in Waco, Texas on 4th December with special guests John Mark McMillan and Lainey Wright.
