London's Little Blue Light Unveil Debut Music Video

Feb 26 2015

London based Little Blue Light, who play a mix of swing, folk, reggae and ragtime with songs focusing on faith, love and life, have unveiled their first video ahead of a planned debut EP to be released near the end of 2015.

"We have been together for 3 years, but only really started gigging last year", explains the band. "We wanted to hone our sound which started by pulling our influences together and seeing what we were left with, and then the more we rehearsed, the LBL sound came to life.

So we've been playing a mix of church gigs and secular gigs around London and are booked into some local festivals as well. We recorded 3 tracks in the studio... these will be used on an upcoming debut EP release nearer the end of the year, but we homemade and shot a video from our first stint recording.

I think the meaning of the song is pretty clear. 'Trust is the key, no matter what you see; He's thinking of you every day.' It's a call to the lukewarm Christian, and non believer, who tends to break apart when times are hard, and for them to realise that in a relationship with Christ, it's not just us fighting the battles alone."
