Nashville-based singer songwriter Jenn Bostic has released 'Take My Hand Part 1'. Can I start this review by saying that I think Jenn is a wonderful artist, who is not just talented but is forward thinking musically, and is unique in her vocal delivery - especially in comparison to other artists. Jenn has a stunning vocal range that we have seen on other releases, but this EP really shows this so much more. Personally, and I don't say this lightly, I think Jenn is one of the best female vocalists of this generation.

So this then moves me onto this new release and the songs on this EP, and I have to say they are brilliant songs. 'Wrestling' is such a powerful song, words can’t describe how beautiful and powerful it is. The biggest draw of Jenn's music is her stunning voice, but I think on this EP there are some of her best songs, both in terms of the songwriting and the recording. Each song on here has a different character and sound that keeps the EP feeling fresh as each new track touches your ear. 'Take Me Back' has so much going on from big powerful ballads, to a brilliant big choruses in 'God Of Big Dreams' and heartfelt worship moments all over this EP.

I can’t recommend this EP enough. This is a stunning set of songs that have been produced and recorded beautifully. As I said, Jenn has a stunning voice and with this selection of songs you have one of the best records this year. I would love it if you would spend some time checking this release out.
