It's this simple cut back approach that dominates the album. The words and vocals are the forefront of the songs. This means two things, one the vocals better be amazing, which they are. The singing in general is simply amazing but on Rise Up it really is something else. And two the words better be creative and interesting, and in the main this is another massive tick in the box.
There are some really beautiful moments on this album. Too many to pick and in a way I would rather you experience them for yourself than read them in this little review. Let me just say, Our Song In The Night is something else and so is Break Us!
