Their debut song 'Not Alone' was written for Esther: The Musical. This song is a duet between Esther and Mordecai and takes place moments after she finds out that the king is rounding up all eligible women. Esther starts the song feeling hopeless at the tragedy that is moments away from happening to her, but then Mordecai sings to her and reminds her of God's promises even in our darkest hours. This song is about the struggle of loss and pain, but how we must keep our faith even in the midst of struggle and never forget where we've been and what the Lord has brought us through.
Adam & Stephanie were full-time state-side missionaries in Kansas City for about 10 years working for justice for the fatherless and women trapped in human trafficking. Seeing the struggles of so many up close helped Adam and Stephanie to develop a close relationship with the Lord and opened their eyes to the Lord's heart for restoration and adoption. This has significantly impacted their music and lyrics that are filled with emotion and a desire to see all come to know the restorative power of the gospel.
