Johnny began his recording and touring career with the Vancouver-based band “Titus” in 1985, recording at Little Mountain Studios. He transplanted to the U.K. in 1988, where he recorded 5 albums for ICC Records (UK) before a change of career brought him back to Canada in 2000, where he applied his musical gifts leading songs of worship in his local church setting. Following the instrumental release “Acoustic Hymns Project” (2009), he has recently garnered GoFundMe support to record and release a new original work of his own compositions, a much-anticipated comeback album called Light Of Day, setting ancient creeds and texts of Scripture to musical styles that reflect the wide breadth of Johnny’s journey.
