"You've Been Good To Me (Remix)" was initially released by Rev. Thomison on his Grammy-nominated album NEVER LET GO OF HIS HAND (1993) featuring The Music City Mass Choir. Legendary Gospel artist Dorothy Love Coates wrote the single. In the 1940s, Coates was a member of The Original Gospel Harmonettes. She is most known for her songwriting of hits "You Can't Hurry God (He's Right On Time)," "99 and a Half Won't Do," "That's Enough," and "Get Away Jordan."
Rev. Thomison has released the new version of the beloved classic song to offer a bit of nostalgia for Gospel music fans of the classics and to present a refreshed sound to the ears and digital playlists of the new generation.
