This is a very good dance EP and one of the highlights happens right at the start. The track Light In Me is a brilliant song and is the perfect way to party. Nicole Croteau has a voice that just seems to fit modern dance music. David has put together what I can only describe as the perfect dance track, it really has everything.
The top quality dance music continues with Architecture. The song builds in the right places to create a big dance anthem that you expect from this genre. The beat, the whole sound, just blasts out of the speakers.
Love Audio is a slightly darker dubstep sound with a chorus that is genuinely catchy. "We go boom, boom, boom, Feel the rhythm, see the light make this feeling last all night, all your worries out of sight".
The last track on the EP is by Natalie Grant and is called This Is Love. This song is a brilliant track and actually the perfect example of a track being remixed by David. This has to be one of the strongest tracks on the EP, maybe it's the mix of Natalie's vocals with the beats, but it really is such a strong song. I love the line "Let mercy Reign, This Love", I could see it working in a club very easily with people dancing and singing along.
David knows how to make a song seem anthemic. He knows what makes a song become a brilliant dance track. I would love to see him go even heavier next time. Maybe a full on David Guetta all out kind of track that just takes your breathe away.
