Self-Titled New Album From Newworldson

Newworldson will release their self-titled new album on 23rd February as a follow up to their 2008 debut 'Salvation Station'. The band, who are described as "an energetic blend of pop, soul, and gospel", will be promoting the album with concerts in New Zealand, Scandinavia and North America, and will perform in the UK in June when they perform at Scotland's Frenzy Festival.

The band is made up of Joel Parisen (Vocals & Keyboards), Josh Toal (Guitar & Vocals), Rich Moore (Acoustic & Electric Bass) and Mark Rogers (Drums & Cymbals). Their new alum was recorded at B Town Sound in Burlington, Ontario (Canada) and features guest appearances by The Toronto Mass Choir. First single 'There Is A Way' is currently hitting the airwaves in the US.

Describing the release, the band said: "The 12 song album packs a power punch of funky grooves, danceable rhythms and praise-inspiring lyrics, fashioning a style that is uniquely Newworldson."

Renowned for its thrilling live performances, Newworldson has shared the stage with artists like Newsboys and Kutless and has been featured on major slots at festivals both in North America, Australia, and Europe.
