Starting with a piano and the voice of Joel Houston this album starts out with 'Ready or Not', a song that builds into the crescendo of praise we have come to know and love from Hillsong United. What I found from listening to this album is, a) I realised how much I miss live music, and b) how much of a great live album this is. It has been known that live albums can sometimes not really sound like live albums, for many different reasons, but this one from Hillsong United leaves everything out there on the table for all to see - and for that I have to give it full marks.
What is also great about the album is that it's long, from start to finish you feel part of the event, you feel drawn into wanting to worship, you feel like Hillsong are with you. The album has all the song from studio album 'People' but it also has beautiful rendition of some well known songs by Hillsong United like 'The Stand', 'Oceans' and 'So Will I'.
This has to the best and most real live album Hillsong United have ever produced, I would even go as far as to say this is the most complete live album ever recorded by a Worship team. I enjoyed this from start to finish and have gone back to it a few times to enjoy certain songs, but to really experience this album you have to listen all the way through.
