Zachary Ray Releases Collaborative Single 'The Search'
CCM artist Zachary Ray returns with collaborative new single, 'The Search'. Zachary Ray developed a passion for music singing in his dad’s church at a young age. That passion for music led him to study vocal performance and music business at Berklee College of Music.
Zachary sees music as a tool that can be used to bring transformation and healing to people around the world. For 12 years, he’s been using the gift of music to teach and train aspiring musicians. Zachary has spent 9 out of those 12 years living in India, using his experience and education to teach at the Calcutta School of Music and to teach and train young musicians and vocalists.
His newest release, "The Search", is all about the search for peace and unity; the search for real, true, honest love for ALL people. The song is a response to friends and family facing and experiencing racial attacks or facing attacks because of faith and beliefs. The idea is that we are in this search for peace and unity in this chaotic world.
"To actually achieve peace and unity and true love for people it starts with the hearts of individuals. It starts with you and it starts with me. I plan to promote this song across all social media platforms and have asked 4 different friends to sing on this track with me. We all have the same desire to see peace and unity achieved among all peoples and communities."
