Jasmin Patterson Releases 'With Us (Emmanuel)'
Singer-songwriter and worship leader Jasmin Patterson has released 'With Us (Emmanuel)', available now on all music platforms. "I've always wanted the world to hear this song for a lot of reasons", she explains. "These are some of my favorite words God has allowed me to pen. It's hands-down my favorite chord progression I've written. I love the open E-shapes and the acoustic guitar riff."
"And thematically, one of my favorite theological topics is the incarnation. My life has been changed by meditating on the reality that God became a man in Jesus, drew close to humanity and revealed Himself to us. That same God-man lives inside of me-and every person who believes in Him - to commune with us and guide us every day! I pray this song leads you into worship and deep awe of Jesus like it has for me, at Christmastime and beyond."
For as long as she can remember, Jasmin Patterson has wanted to be a singer and a minister. To that end, she is a blogger, worship leader, singer-songwriter, and college campus missionary with a passion for music and helping people grow in their faith.
That passion led to the release of her debut EP, 'All For You', in June of 2021 in collaboration with a dear friend and co-worker in college ministry, Estian Reynolds, who produced the project. These 5 original songs, inspired by her faith, are favorites she’s written from first picking up a guitar as a teenager to today, and every season of life in between.
