Popular Christian Tiktoker 'Tailah' Releases Debut Single 'Radiant'
Tailah Scroggins is one of the most popular Christian influencers right now, especially among youth. She boldly tells her story on TikTok where she shares her powerful testimony about leaving witchcraft and the new age movement to follow Christ.
A Nashville native, Tailah grew up influenced by contemporary Christian music along with country, storytelling lyrics. As a teenager should begin songwriting and experimenting with house/pop genres. As a result, you will find powerful lyrics interwoven with a youthful, yet ethereal, Indie-Pop sound.
She often warns the younger generation in her Tiktok videos about the dangers of the occult. Just because things like tarot cards, crystals, and astrology are popular in our culture, does not mean that these practices are good for us. Her videos quickly went viral and her story has compelled tens of thousands to throw away evil eye bracelets, crystals, tarot card decks, dream catchers, and witchcraft books to turn to Jesus Christ.
Tailah has now amassed half a million followers across all social media platforms where she teaches the Word of God and releases worship music. Tailah works alongside her husband, Jerricho Scroggins, who is her music producer and five time Grammy award winning engineer/producer.
Tailah's debut single 'Radiant' released on August 26th, 2022. She wrote this song a few years ago on the night she decided to leave witchcraft and new age to follow Jesus. With lyrics like:
"You placed a crown on my head, gave me a purpose instead
I was looking in all the wrong places
my heart is Yours to mend
and I don't have to pretend like I'm stainless"
and
"Like a pearl just needs time
I needed pressure so I could be refined
You took a tiny grain of sand
and made it shine"
It is evident that Christ has transformed her life from the inside out. Tailah hopes that many will be able to connect with her new single 'Radiant' and that it would remind every listener of their own unique testimony and salvation story.
