Dante Bowe Shares Strength With New Single 'Hide Me'
Known for his distinctively raspy, soothing voice, singer and songwriter Dante Bowe is a ground-breaking artist who has made history in Gospel and Contemporary Christian music. Dante received five 2022 Grammy Award nominations and took home the award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for his work on OLD CHURCH BASEMENT by Elevation Worship and Maverick City Music. He also won his first Dove Award in 2021 for his #1 Billboard Gospel Airplay solo single “Joyful,” which simultaneously charted on The Christian Song Charts, bridging the gap between Gospel and CCM formats.
The chart-topping, multi-platinum selling artist is the CEO of TRUE Music and has been featured on the Tamron Hall Show, Variety, Billboard, Entertainment Tonight, Vogue.com, and BET. With a new label and new-found strength, Dante Bowe has released a new genre-defying single and anthem, "Hide Me."
"Hide Me was created in the middle of a storm," says Dante. "God revealed to me that He is in control and is the strong one in the middle of my weakness. And, through it, I've found a stronger Dante!"
"Hide Me" is available now on all digital music platforms and is quickly garnering a heavy presence on Gospel and Christian radio. Dante also released the official music video for his African and Latin-infused single. The video recently debuted on ABC's Good Morning America's GMA3 program. His performance in the video is a transparent glance into a man's life under a tremendous divine assignment. His lyrics identify that the enemy is a robber who wants everything. But, under the shield of Jehovah Nissi, He will hide us and keep us safe.
"Hide Me" is an introduction to another solo, cross-genre album coming later this year from Dante. PRESS PLAY is his forthcoming album on his new TRUE Music record label.
“This record was born out of prayer,” Dante, Co-Founder and CEO of TRUE Music, states, “I want this album to touch lives and bless people to the point where they can feel good again, have fun again, and feel a sense of freedom and peace.”
