Josh Baldwin Drops 'Narrow Road - Acoustic Sessions'
Bethel Music collective member and Gold certified singer-songwriter Josh Baldwin has released Narrow Road - Acoustic Sessions, a collection of acoustic versions of songs from his critically acclaimed album Where The Glory Is. The stripped back and intimate renditions draw focus to the spirit and truth in the lyrics, putting God’s power, holiness, nearness, and passion for His people at the forefront. Since its release, Where The Glory Is, has surpassed 9 million streams in the United States alone.
“This acoustic EP is so special to me,” shares Josh. “Playing songs like this, broken down in these acoustic forms, is when I feel like my most authentic self and I think they have become the truest form of me as an artist. Getting to share them in this way is special because for most of these songs, this is how they were written. They started just me and an acoustic guitar, so to keep them in that vein and play them in the original way that they came out, feels authentic to me and to the songs. That's why I'm really excited for people to hear these broken down, raw versions of these songs.”

His latest album, Where the Glory Is (2022), is a reflection of his journey with the Lord and a return to the roots of pure worship. This album’s lead single, “There Is Freedom”, reached No. 21 on the Billboard Hot Christian Adult Contemporary chart and No. 30 on the Hot Christian Songs chart and the album has recieved over 9 million streams across digital platforms in the US. He has appeared on numerous Bethel Music albums including VICTORY (2019), Peace (2020), Homecoming (2021), and most recently on Come Up Here (2023) with his song “Time and Time Again”.
