4x Dove Award Nominee Blessing Offor Releases 'My Tribe (Extended Edition)'

Sep 02 2023

Multi-week #1 Billboard charting singer / multi-instrumentalist Blessing Offor has released My Tribe (Extended Edition) - a deluxe delivery of his benchmark setting debut album. The four-time Dove Award Nominee has included three brand-new tracks - “Good Good,” “Amen,” and “Same Clouds” - that embody numerous aspects of Blessing’s songwriting, including the contemplative, the spiritual, and just plain old groove.

2023 has proven to be a big year for Blessing, most recently capped by three 2023 Dove Award Nominations - Pop / Contemporary Recorded Song of The Year for “Brighter Days”, Pop / Contemporary Album of The Year for My Tribe, and Short Form Music Video of The Year (Performance) for “The Goodness” with TobyMac. His full length debut My Tribe is the BIGGEST STREAMING DEBUT from a solo male artist at Capitol CMG, propelling an appearance on the cover of Apple’s New Music Daily playlist. The album - which Billboard calls “a testament to his own hard-fought journey” - debuted in the Top 20 position on three Billboard charts - Christian /Gospel Albums, Top 200 Christian/Gospel Albums, and Current Digital Albums charts. Single “Brighter Days” has continued to be a mainstream bastion, still riding Top 30 at AC Radio.

Blessing’s current single “Your Love” is also Top 30 at Christian radio. Additionally, Blessing has spent a great deal of time on the road since 2022, supporting Zach Williams, Brandon Lake, Lauren Daigle, and is currently gearing up for the Big Feelings tour this fall with Andrew Ripp. Named as an Amazon Breakthrough Artist of 2023 and Pandora Artist to Watch 2023, Blessing is continuously proving that he is an artist not to be missed.
