The Voice season 24 contestant Laura Williams has released her powerful new single 'Who Jesus Is', available now on all streaming platforms.

“‘Who Jesus Is’ by Laura Williams is more than just another song—it’s a powerful declaration of hope and identity in Christ. With soul-stirring lyrics and a melody that reaches deep, this anthem is sure to resonate with your listeners. We’ve added it to our rotation, and you should too!” - John Yoast, Radio Host at WBYN-FM 107.5 Alive.

“‘Who Jesus Is’ by Laura Williams is a powerful song to remind us that in all we do we need to point people to Jesus. They should see Jesus in the way we walk and the way we talk. Laura’s powerful vocals paint this vivid picture.” - Gregg Wykoff, Radio Host at Mix 106.5 RadioAlabama, the most popular show across 11 RadioAlabama stations.

"Singing has always been my heartbeat. I grew up being intensely bullied as well as battling an eating disorder in my teen years. I was raised in a Christian household, but fell away from the faith for a while. I rediscovered Jesus when I was 17, and was completely transformed in mind, heart and desires. In April of 2022 during my senior year of high school, I was prayer journaling as I was attempting to decide where to go to college, and thought there was no chance at pursuing music, and I vividly remember writing, "God, put my music career into your hands, whether it's what I want or not." That same night, I got discovered by one of Jason Davis's talent scouts - who has developed Anne Wilson and Megan Woods - and I watched as God laid the opportunity of my dream right in my lap.

I was scouted for The Voice season 24 last year, on which I scored a four chair turn, and have since used that momentum to continue to cultivate my niche audience and share the gospel, as well as book gigs, appearances and performances anywhere and everywhere. I want to tell people about the FRIEND we have in Jesus in a real, raw, relatable way - a way that will actually reach people's hearts and change their minds - especially my generation. There is a stigma around who Jesus is amongst Gen Z that needs to be broken, and I plan to use the universal language that is music to do so!

The Lord has brought me so far in this journey and I know that being a christian music artist is God's plan for me without a doubt. I am always writing more songs and have more music in the works for future releases. It is just the beginning."
