Christian Praise & Worship artist Jess Ford has released her new single 'My Strength Is In The Lord', available on all platforms now, with an official music video dropping on Sept 21st.

Jessica Ford “Jess” is making a huge transition leaving the secular world, boldly jumping headfirst into the Christian Praise & Worship genre. To most people leaving a multi-award-winning band sounds crazy, especially when the band has garnered support from reputable online publications such as EARMILK, CLASH Magazine, Wonderland Magazine, NOTION Mag, Magnetic Mag, Hotpress, Metal Magazine, Medium, Backseat Mafia, CelebMix, Son Of Marketing, VENTS Magazine, HMWL, EDM Identity, Faze Magazine, and Decoded Mag and their her work has earned her many awards, including the Hermes Creative Award (Platinum) and the Unglued Music Video (Gold) along with multiple Telly Awards but she is. She’s ready to move forward; God has called her to offer her voice to him as a living sacrifice, and she is ready to honor and obey.

Prior to the band, when Jess lived in Nashville, TN she was writing with Nashville’s elite. One of which was Duane Deemer “Cowboy” and together they were honored with a Dove Family Film Award, Winners of the 2013 Best Song In an Animated Film, Winner of the Youth Excellence Awards, Winner of the Alaska Film Festival Kodiak Award for “Best Children’s Song In Film”, Winner of the USCAFA (United States Children’s Animated Film Award) Crystal Award winner for the song “I Do Believe”, Winner of the Dove Family Film Seal Award, Winner of the Pickleberry Award for ‘Best Family Film’ and ‘Best Score’ in an animated film for “I Can Fly”. They are the Winners of the Great Lakes Film Festival Award for ‘Best Animated Film’, Winner of the ‘Parents Choice Award’ and Winner of the ‘Oregon Family Film Festival Crystal Award’. Jess and Duane wrote songs that were placed in a children’s animated film. One of the songs, “Waiting For Christmas Day,” was recorded by Grammy Award winner Linda Davis.

One of Jess’s favorite accomplishments during her Nashville days is that she was the recipient of the 2011 TSAI (Tennessee Songwriters Association) honorary “Hall Of Fame Award” (Hallman Award), given only to an elite group of music industry professionals.

Jessica is a vocalist in every sense of the word, and she has been singing professionally and training and coaching singers for 20 years. She was deemed “Nashville’s Premiere Vocal Coach” for 10 years until she moved to California in 2015 which turned out to be a huge leap forward in her coaching career. She gave her teaching business over to God and he has blessed it beyond her wildest imagination. Jess has helped more than 18 singers get a “golden ticket” on American Idol, and she has helped 3 singers reach incredible heights on The NBC Voice and it doesn’t stop there. Along with American Idol & The Voice, Jessica has coached singers who appeared on AGT, Country Music's "Can You Duet" featured at The Grand Ole Opry.

Recently Jess has been in the multi-award-winning band KARMACODA for the past nine years. Honored by Santa Clara, and San Jose California being awarded the title ‘BEST OF’ in the music teachers category for 5 consecutive years in a row, putting her in the Business Hall Of Fame but none of this, none of these accomplishments are more important than the work she is doing next. Writing, singing and recording music for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
