Eagerly Anticipated New Single from Scottish Artist Jamie Kimmett, 'All of Me'
Top 10 Billboard Singer-Songwriter Jamie Kimmett is back with a brand new soulful, anthemic worship song 'All of Me'. Written by Jamie Kimmett and Lorna Farrell (Writers of the radio hit “Prize Worth Fighting For”) the song is distributed by Wings Music Group and was produced by Chris August.
Jamie’s debut EP reached 50 million streams, and led to tours with Casting Crowns, Zach Williams, Kari Jobe, Cochren & Co and more.
In 2022 after Covid, Jamie was involved in a serious car crash which left him wondering if he would ever play guitar again. He left Nashville and returned to his beloved Scotland where he has been recovering with family, writing and rediscovering his passion & vision.
What has emerged is an artist who has lost none of his signature vocals or unique guitar playing but has acquired a greater love to write songs that are radio friendly, worshipful and connect deeply with his listeners.
“All of Me” has been born in the valley of adversity but lifts you instantly upwards with its Christ centred lyrics, soaring vocals and anthemic chorus. Jamie Kimmett is back and this new song is a wonderful celebration of the gifts God has given him.
Inspired by the woman who poured out all her life’s treasures to anoint Jesus, this soulful worship song encourages us to also give everything. The verses take us on a journey from trying to live life without God to surrendering to His love and thriving in it. The chorus is both a prayer and declaration to hold nothing back.
Jamie shares: “This song makes me want to throw my hands up in the air and sing my heart out for Jesus! My hope is that no matter what someone is facing that “All of Me” will help them to say: Jesus you gave everything for me! so I’m going to trust you now and give you all of me."
Written during a call from Nashville to his co-writer in Scotland, “All of Me” is heartfelt, rousing and full of Kimmett’s impressive vocal prowess. Fresh, new yet feels instantly familiar - a stunning, sing out loud song for both radio and the church.
