Louder Than The Music

GRAMMY-nominated, award-winning artist FORREST FRANK released the new track "GOD'S GOT MY BACK" on July 25, which became Atlantic Music Group's top U.S. streaming debut with 2M worldwide streams in just one week. Last Friday, FRANK has released a new track, "LEMONADE," in collab with duo THE FIGS that quickly hit No.1 on both iTUNES Overall Genre and Christian Songs charts.



The new songs were inspired by a serious skateboarding injury that resulted in multiple back fractures. Frank put his pain into the creation 'GOD'S GOT MY BACK' and documented the intimate and vulnerable process of the its creation from bed in videos that have amassed over 42M combined views and over 17k organic UGC's. 'LEMONDADE' came out of organic and fun instagram chats between FRANK and THE FIGS, proclaiming healing and joy in the midst of pain, singing "Lemonade; My Jesus makin' lemonade, lemonade; I watch my worries wash (away), lemonade; It's gonna be okay; Life gave me some lemons, but my Jesus, He be makin' lemonade."

Frank's list of accolades keeps growing as well. Last week he received seven nominations for the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards, following two new RIAA Cold Certifications.

With nominations for Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, Frank's tracks "GOOD DAY" and "UP!" were both nominated for Song of the Year. His No. 1 CHILD OF GOD album and "YOUR WAY'S BETTER" viral hit were both recently RIAA GOLD Certified and also received nominations for Pop/Contemporary album of the Year and Pop/Contemporary Song of the Year, respectively. Frank also received a nod in the Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year category for "HEAVEN ON THIS EARTH (feat. Torey D'Shaun)."

Frank has been on a break following his completely sold out "CHILD OF GOD II" Arena Tour and the release of his CHILD OF GOD II album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart and No. 12 on Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart.
