Dylan Releases 'Stand (I Will be There)' Single In Aid Of Disadvantaged Children
Inspirational British Gospel singer/songwriter Dylan released his debut single this week. 'Stand (I Will be There)' is available on iTunes and was inspired by the tragic story of neglect and death of Baby Peter. The abuse scandal, which received huge media publicity in the UK, moved Dylan so much that he felt compelled to put his thoughts to music and to help disadvantaged children and children with familial difficulties.
Dylan will be donating 50% of all sales from the single to ELHAP, a special needs adventure playground based in East London that provides a fun, challenging and exciting environment for children aged 6-18 who have disabilities, behavioural problems or who are disadvantaged.
"I really hope to be able to raise enough money to provide free play-schemes for a whole year, so the children who need it the most can have easy and quick access to a safe and fun space", explains Dylan. "I'm passionate about how one good act can potentially affect many lives, so I really hope the single will do well and everyone can be part of something so beneficial to a child's life."
'Stand (I Will be There)' was recorded by Grammy Award Winning Producer Cedric Thompson, produced by the By Faith Music Group, engineered by Simon Lee (EMUSIK Studio) and Darron Wint, vocal arrangements by Denice Wint (Neicy’s Music), and mixed by Gareth Fuller.
