Louder Than The Music

Singer/songwriter Rita Springer has recently signed to Integrity Music who are re-releasing her most recent live album 'In This Forever' on 3rd May 2011. Rita has also begun working on a new studio album called 'The Playlist', planned for release late in 2011.

'In This Forever' was recorded live at Gateway Church in Dallas, Texas. "I want to thank Pastor Robert Morris and the Gateway Church Staff", said Rita. "Their encouragement and willingness to open up their church home to me in September 2009 to record this live project was an amazing opportunity and one I will never forget. In a season of shifting and realigning of my life and the worship that comes from it, Gateway was a resting place and a beacon of hope. This amazing church blessed me beyond expectation."

Rita recorded her first album, 'Love Covers', in the mid 90s. She signed later with an independent record label (Floodgate Records) and recorded her first live release at the Anaheim Vineyard. 'Created To Worship' was a raw, organic set-up to what Rita loves most about worship, capturing the experience with a live audience. She would go on to record numerous other projects with Floodgate, including 'All I Have', 'Effortless', 'I Have To Believe', 'Rise Up' and 'Worth it All'.
