Worship Central Album 'Spirit Break Out' Storms To iTunes Top 10

Sep 12 2011

The new live album from Worship Central 'Spirit Break Out', released on 12th September 2011, ended its first day at an incredible Number 10 on the UK iTunes Album Chart and has since peaked at Number 9, right behind mainstream megaband Coldplay and just above The Beatles, leading to singer and album producer Ben Cantelon saying on Twitter "I can't believe it... we are now Number 9 - Jesus is bigger than The Beatles!", also adding "This is not just about an album getting into the charts... it's about Jesus Christ being lifted high in this nation! Amen!"

The 14 track album, which features Tim Hughes, Ben Cantelon, Al Gordon, Nikki Fletcher and Luke Hellebronth, was recorded live at London's HMV Forum in March this year in front of 2000 worshippers.

Established songs like Tim Hughes' 'Counting On Your Name' and 'Wake Up' as well as Ben Cantelon's 'Saviour Of The World' are found on the album, along with a great selection of new ones. From the opening moments of 'Spirit Of The Living God' - rising up, phoenix-like with a call for the Holy Spirit to take control - through to the closing moments of 'Undivided Love' and 'All Glory', the album is urgent, focused and engaging.
