Ben Cantelon Releases 'Saviour Of The World' Lyric Video Ahead Of New Album
The third album from Canadian worship leader Ben Cantelon, 'Everything In Colour', is released on 7th May 2012. Produced by multiple Dove award winner Jason Ingram (Chris Tomlin, One Sonic Society), the eleven track album features songs written with Mia Fieldes (Hillsong) and Stu G (Delirious, One Sonic Society).
A new lyric video for Ben's already widely known and loved worship anthem 'Saviour Of The World', included on the forthcoming album, has now been launched. "The epic track has connected with worshippers in churches of all sizes", explains Kingsway. "Set against a pale city backdrop, the lyrics flow in time with the melody, helping worshippers to focus on the content. As declarations go, Saviour Of The World is as strong as they come, reinforcing essential Christian truths, bringing us back to the redemption unlocked by Christ's death and resurrection."
Now based in the UK, Ben has become known as a talented multi instrumentalist, songwriter and worship leader. Having started out as Worship Director at Soul Survivor Ben is now based at Holy Trinity Brompton in London, where he is a key worship leader for Worship Central.
"I think these are exciting times for sung worship", says Ben. "When life is tough it is tempting to reduce things to black and white, to retreat to simplistic formulas - like seeing nothing but gloom or refusing to admit the struggles we face. But worship has a role to play in introducing the colour: worship reminds us that God is far bigger than any of us, far brighter than any of our gloom and far more real than any of our denial."
