Skyeglow Releasing Debut EP 'The New Beginning'
London-based Nigerian solo singer Skyeglow is releasing his debut EP 'The New Beginning' on 24th February 2017.
Skyeglow blends soul influences, African influenced pop and hip-hop/EDM beats into his own distinct style. The New Beginning showcases his upbeat rhythms, infectious sing-along hooks and honest delivery. With lyrics tackling tackling topics from romance to predjudice, from faith in God to hope for a brighter future, these are songs to provoke important questions as well as get feet moving.
Skyeglow explains the inspiration behind the song: "It’s inspired by a close friend who was going through a really hard breakup. I remember her crying and telling me how they still love each other, and about all they have been through together. In fact, shortly after the song was produced, they came back together. Seeing he resuscitation of a broken relationship is a great feeling for me!"
