Guianna Releases Debut Album 'Light Salt Verse'
Florida based Urban singer Guianna has just released her debut album 'Light Salt Verse', which she describes as "a wild rush of soulful colors and shifting meter sounds dancing behind interwoven melodies and powerful messages". The album is available now via all major digital platforms.
"It is a project exclusively about The Gospel, and my experiences with it", explains Guianna. "My vision is to create change for souls, sound, and self, through my love for God. Light Salt Verse is a project surrounding the work of those called by God to be a light unto those who have yet to know Him. "
"Being drawn to Matthew 5:13-16 and its meaning, I was led to jumpstart this project. In it, the symbiosis of Biblical scripture meets my personal experience and longing to not only share the message of Christ with the world, but to remind people of how the fortress of God's grace has rescued me, time and time again.
As a love letter back to God, and as a personalized message to you, the listener, I hope you take from these words and melodies, the same salt and light of God's word that inspired me to write them."
