Narrow Skies Release 'Seasons: Acoustic Sessions'

Sep 24 2018

Stockholm, Sweden, based duo Narrow Skies have just released a three-song acoustic EP titled 'Seasons: Acoustic Sessions'. The EP follows their full length debut album, 'Seasons' released earlier this year.

Narrow Skies is comprised of husband-and-wife duo Anita and Ben Tatlow. They also write music as Salt of the Sound, which has been described as "leaving the listener searching, wondering… grabbing out for the beauty that is in this world".

'Seasons: Acoustic Sessions' marks the culmination of Narrow Skies' debut Seasons project, featuring dreamy piano and viola performances (beautifully played by Louisa Tatlow) as well as Anita's signature soft vocals. The three songs are evocative, nostalgic, and hint at the Nordic-inspired, nature-infused, reflective ambience of the original tracks.

Organic soundscapes combine with electronic elements to evoke images of the natural world; from shimmering lakes to the hidden depths of the forest, and the extremes of winter’s icy grasp to the land of the midnight sun.
