"I was born into a Muslim household", he explains. "My father is Muslim and my mother a born again Christian. Growing up I remember both of my parents respecting each other’s religion. My younger sisters and I would go to the mosque with our father, and the whole family would fast together during Ramadan.
As I grew older and more aware of my surroundings I discovered that my mum read her bible every night. I wanted to find out what this bible was about so I would go into my mum’s room and listen to her read the bible.
I couldn’t tell you exactly what day, the place or when. I decided to pray the way I heard my mum pray, from then on I would interchange between the two religions depending on how I felt. When I was 13.5 years old I fell in love with music, Hip Hop and RnB. I started writing singing and it became a form of escapism. My search for a relationship with Jesus began. I was born with 3 fingers and 1 thumb on my left hand. This explains the name. God makes no mistakes! I am beautifully and wonderfully made.
Very early on in 2015 a friend from church who was on FIRE for God passed on to Glory at just age 30.This really challenged me I decided that if that’s the case I no longer want to sit on the fence, when I go to glory I want Jesus to welcome me with open arms and say 'this is my son in whom I am well pleased'. God has done some really amazing things in my life, God is at the centre of everything I do."
