Lifeline is the debut album from Aaron David Frith, but it is by no means his first recording. As the front man of three bands since the mid 90s, Aaron knows a thing or two about making music. He first rose to attention with the band Fruit, who had a superb debut album, before moving on to form the band Sabio who earnt a support slot on tour with Delirious.
