I really enjoyed what this album has to offer. It mixes together all the modern worship sounds, from the country rock tracks like 'Still Place' to the atmospheric and intimate 'Have My Heart', but for me it's the big single off the album that pulled me in. The anthem 'There's A Fire' is a proper melodic rock song, I would even say it reminded me of Bruce The Boss Springsteen! This album is not only tender and beautiful, it's rich and powerful.
It must be added that the richness and tone that oozes out of Jamie's vocals are amazing. He really makes this album, which is musically very good, even better with his expertly crafted voice.
These are great songs, not just nice melodies with throw away lyrics using the same old words. These are real songs. Jamie is a real songwriter, a proper songwriter, and he writes and records these songs not because he can, but because he wants to share his feelings in songs and words for people to experience God. This album is a truly stunning piece of work.
