I've written a lot of reviews recently for albums featuring acoustic bonus tracks and my comments have usually been that they aren't acoustic enough. So Jadon Lavik's 'The Road' had quite a gap to fill and high expectations to live up to but from the opening guitar riffs I knew it was going to.The guitar is beautiful and the vocals confident which mixed with passionate lyrics and an easy going melody make the song strong enough to be able to cope with the acoustic arrangement.
