Pete McAllen, the force behind Pyramid Park, is based in Cambridge, UK. He first released an album titled 'Vulnerability' under the name Pyramid Park and has toured in countries including US, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, New Zealand, India and the UK.

After the loss of his father Pete McAllen found his comfort in making music and writing songs. It made him feel close to his father again. So he decided to help other people with their struggles by putting everything in his art.

So what do we think of this new track? The song opens with what I can only describe as a Phil Collins drum opening, do you remember the gorilla from the Cadbury’s advert playing along to the Phil Collins track 'In the Air Tonight' from a while back now? Well it sounds a lot like that. Anyway, when we really push into the song you start to get a sense that Pyramid Park has made something really special here. He keeps to his alt-pop routes from his first album but there are some other hints, Pete has taken steps forward. It seems he has decided to go all-out and create something a bit more atmospheric, even a bit more 'out there'.

You can hear that in his vocal delivery. I think Pete is going all out to do something he hasn't maybe done before in that area, and the move works so well. He is not only a talented singer but he is also a creative, artistic singer. When playing this song to someone who had never heard Pete before they concluded that the song sounds a bit like something the Pet Shop Boys would do. They even said the vocal delivery sounded a bit like the brilliant Neil Tennant.

Welcome back Pyramid Park, you have made a stunning track here, but now I am ready for that album.
