Now this is a bit of a funny one. When I started listening to Above The Golden State's 'The Golden Rule', I was already kind of disappointed because I had been expecting an album and instead got a 6 track EP, so the first track was a bit of a head scratcher.

As a writer I do tend to listen to lyrics pretty closely and the Sum 42 feel to the music didn't help carry the lyrics of "if you listened to the chorus you don't need a second verse" but the meaning that comes out of it makes sense...
