With this new release, Tom Smith continues where he left off with his first EP 'Sound Of Heaven'. Tom knows how to write and produce songs that are modern, uplifting, pop/worship songs that are easy on the ear but deep for the soul.

The song 'You In My Life' has a very catchy dance/pop chorus that is easy to pick up. The guitars come out a bit more for the song '1,000 Years', which has a big drive and a festival excitement to it. I urge you to listen to this song and imagine thousands of worshippers singing this song to God at a festival or in the local church. I think this could work in both settings. Amazing.

There is always an added pressure to a song when it’s the title of the record. 'Everyday' is a heart pouring declaration about needing Jesus everyday. A brilliant song that stands up to the pressure of being the title rack. Another beautiful moment on the album is the acoustic version of 'Obey'. A beautiful song and done with just an acoustic guitar and the vocals of Tom - a truly beautiful moment to end this strong EP.

Tom has produced a lovely EP here with songs that declare who God is and our relationship with Him, but with each track having a different musical approach. Of course I would have loved to see a full blown album here with more tracks, who wouldn’t. If you put this EP and Tom's previous EP together you really do have a strong and amazing album.
