Spring Harvest is an Easter celebration in the U.K. Without sounding rude it feels like this festival/event/conference/gathering has been around forever as a staple part of the Easter weeks. It's a place for families to come together from around the UK and worship together and have some amazing teaching. Every year that I can remember Spring Harvest have released a live album capturing the songs that were used at the event, and this year is no difference.

One of the great points of the live Spring Harvest album is that it has always captured the big moments and the big songs from the event, lea by the amazing worship leaders leading over the weeks the event is on.
This year's album feels a bit difference - maybe it’s where worship music is at at the moment, or maybe it’s the songs that where picked - but it feels like everything was a bit more stripped back compared to previous albums. The album in general feels more acoustic, which is certainly no bad thing, but of course there are still a few moments that are more upbeat (Our God Is For Us and Now) but in general it feels like the song are on a more mid tempo kind of level.
What I would say is that this album, as it always is, is full of big strong worship songs. Songs that are or will be impacting the church worship times. Spring Harvest have again picked a great selection of songs that I’m sure captures the event itself if you went. I hope the event next year is a massive success and if you have never been maybe it’s worth a look to see if it could be something for you.
