Sanctus Real lead singer Matt Hammitt is releasing a very special solo album titled 'Every Falling Tear' which features songs he wrote last year as his newborn son, Bowen, went through a season of surgeries for a rare heart condition. Matthew and Sarah Hammitt's son, Bowen Matthew Hammitt, was born in September 2010 with a serious and rare congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), in which the left side of the heart is severely underdeveloped.
