Emma is a singer songwriter from Liverpool. She lives with her husband Tom and their three young children. She has been singing from as far back as she can remember, from practicing along to the divas in her bedroom, to entering local karaoke competitions! Although it was always a passion, Emma didn’t fully pursue music until she was 23, when she moved away from Liverpool to music college and began to write and perform her own songs.

She started to gig regularly as a solo artist, then later as lead singer of jazz funk band ‘One Nation’. In 2010, Emma put music aside while she took time out to get married, start a family and co-lead an Eden Team back in Liverpool with her husband Tom, which she is still very much part of.

Ten years later, she is back with a new album entitled 'Influencer', which is an amalgamation of a lot of her musical influences. This song falls directly into the musical pool of Coldplay, Rend Collective, Imagine Dragons and 100% Lou Fellingham. You can also hear her musical influences all the way through the song; Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and also Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Enya, Simon and Garfunkel, Alanis Morrisette and The Cranberries.

It's a very interesting topic for Emma to start as her first single, and not an easy first single topic to pitch, but in a way it's one that isn't tackled at all, and to be honest Emma gets the balance just right here, with it being articulated perfectly on the single and also being a very catchy song. When you break down the song, it all comes down to being humble and graceful, but what the song does have is a very complete sound which has come from the brilliance of Dan Stirling on production and a great voice from Emma.
