The album took approximately four years to complete with the majority of that time spent learning, growing and experiencing life as a follower of Christ. Recorded and mixed in his home studio in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, every facet and decision that was made was thoughtfully selected to best represent the vision of this album.

Tony arranged and produced the album, performed the vocals and keyboard elements, and utilized the talents and encouragement of friends and co-writers to provide various aspects of the music such as lyrical content, drums, bass, guitar and spoken word.

I hate doing this, but I sadly do it often, I compare who the vocalist sounds like, and for me Tony sounds a bit like Sam Smith, he has a lovely voice that captures the lyrics of the songs wonderfully, I'm talking about Tony now.

This album has so much going for it, firstly it oozes creativity, the songs are not songs that feel manufactured for the mass market, these are songs that have a creative heart and a soulful heart. I love the intensity and power of the opening track 'One Day', I love the different vocal approach on 'Awakening', I love how different sounds and styles come out of my speakers in 'Brothers Keeper'. 'Iron Deficiency' has an 80's rock feel to it, 'Table Manners' sounds like an acoustic mid 90's track. I love how mixed in styles this album is. Then you have the big piano song in 'Meet You There', which is epic.

I keep going back and saying it, but I love the creativeness to this album, no track feels the same, no song is produced the same, each song has a story and a character. It seems easier these days to get a catchy number that radio will play, record it, record another 9 tracks that are only half as good and you have an album. But Tony Serge is not that kind of artist and I think in many ways that's the biggest compliment I can give this album, creative, honest music at it's best.
