As a conductor, Robby has wielded the baton for major symphony orchestras including the LONDON, CHICAGO, ATLANTA, DALLAS, and THE NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRAS. However, Robby is best known as Music Director-Keyboardist & Hammond Organist for the iconic Jersey Boy FRANKIE VALLI since 1978.
While Robby has been successful in the “secular” music arena for a lifetime, he also has had an accomplished track record in Christian music. He has been Minister of Music for multiple Lutheran Churches for decades, and now serves as Minister of Music for Trinity Lutheran Church-Simi Valley, CA for 10 years. In addition to his work at the church, Robby has produced the beloved concert series “Jam For Jesus” for 31 years. This annual event brings together some of Los Angeles’ most talented musicians for a night of uplifting and inspiring music. Robby’s dedication to craft and community make him a true musical force to be reckoned with.
