Free UK Music Festival 'Creation Fest 2010' Confirms Strong Lineup
Creation Fest 2010, the UK's free Christian music festival, takes place at the Royal Cornwall Showground from 7th-13th August 2010. The strong lineup of artists performing this year includes TheBandWithNoName, Brenton Brown, LZ7, Parachute Band, [dweeb], Superhero, Philippa Hanna, Shell Perris, Bosh, Crave and Verra Cruz.
Admission to the festival is free, music fans can simply turn up and enjoy the events. Creation Fest started in the summer of 2002 in Woolacombe, North Devon, as a one day event and developed into a 3 day festival. In 2009 it moved venue to the Royal Cornwall Showground and extended into a full 7 day festival. Camping on site during the festival is also available for a fee, and must be pre-booked.
In addition to the live music, the festival includes teaching, seminars, sports, films and Skate & BMX parks. "The vision of the festival is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through contemporary Christian music. Creation Fest offers something for all the family", say the festival organisers.
