Dec 23 2010

Francesca Battistelli will release her new studio album 'Hundred More Years' on 1st March 2011. The singer has once again worked with producer Ian Eskelin (All Star United, Starfield, Stellar Kart) for the follow up to her 2008 hit debut album 'My Paper Heart'.

"It's been such an incredible journey since the release of my first album My Paper Heart and I had a blast working with Ian Eskelin again for this new project", said Francesca. "Your support means the world to me and since I absolutely cannot wait for you to hear these new songs, you can hear my upcoming single 'This Is The Stuff' on my website. Be sure to listen for it on your favorite Christian radio station in January. I wrote this about the day-to-day 'stuff' that can get under my skin but ultimately God uses to work in my life."

In the two years since the release of her debut album Francesca has married, became a mother, received a Grammy nomination and won a Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year. Her new release, 'Hundred More Years', embodies her signature sound fans know and love, while exploring faith, friendship and the joy of life's journey. Francesca will be joining Newsboys, David Crowder Band and Kutless for the Winter Jam 2011 Tour starting in January.
