Critically acclaimed Reason are a Johannesburg based 3 piece rock band and were last years winners of the prestigious South African Music Award (SAMA) for Gospel Rock Album of the Year. They have already been support act for Delirious?, Tree63 and more and have just released their latest Worship EP entitled The 11th Street Sessions (LTTM review to follow soon) through Broken Records. The EP is currently receiving huge attention in the bands home country South Africa and further afield, and includes a much praised cover version of the Delirious? track 'Paint The Town Red'. Check out the Reason MySpace page to hear it for yourself.
Speaking to Louder Than The Music, Reason front man Jason Zeeman said the band would "end the tour off with a DVD shoot at Mosaiek Theatre in Johannesburg on 17 October".
Keep checking LTTM for more news and tour updates from Reason, who we rate as one of the most exciting up and coming Christian rock bands currently on the scene.
