Rend Collective Experiment To Record Intimate Live Worship Album

Aug 15 2012

Northern Ireland worship band Rend Collective Experiment have revealed plans to record a live album this month.

The band released their second studio album 'Homemade Worship By Handmade People' in January following their 2010 debut 'Organic Family Hymnal'.

"We want to do a live worship album not in a church building but on a beach around a campfire", explained the band on their Facebook page.

"We want people to see the church and how we love our God as well as take part in an intimate time of seeking God. It's going to be an awesome time of praising God and hanging out."

Rend Collective Experiment have invited 40 fans to join them for the intimate live recording session which will take place on Sunday 26th August 2012 at Ballyholme Beach in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

"We will be recording live video and vocals with 12 songs off both our albums", continues the band.

Prior the live album recording, Rend Collective Experiment will join with best selling authors and speakers Dr Tony Campolo and Shane Claiborne for the three-date Red Letter Revolution UK Tour. The tour kicks off next week in Birkenhead (21st August) before visiting Southampton (22nd) and Belfast (23rd).
