Worship Leader Tom Smith Prepares To Launch Solo EP 'Sound Of Heaven'
Worship Leader Tom Smith is set to release his debut solo EP, 'Sound Of Heaven' on 6th July 2015. Tom will be releasing the EP's first single and video, 'Dynamite' on 22nd June.
To celebrate the release, Tom is holding an EP Launch Party on 10th July at The Borderline in London. More details are available via Tom's Facebook page.
Tom used a successful Kickstarter Campaign to fund his first EP. The British worship leader is based at London's HTB Church and part of the Worship Central team along with Tim Hughes & Ben Cantelon. Working with Worship Central, Tom's songs include 'Let It Be Known', 'Dry Bones' and 'Awesome Is He'.
"Over the past year it has been an honour to have been leading worship and song writing with friends and colleagues from all over the world. With it being the start of a new year, I feel it's a great time to capture the songs and create my first record", explains Tom.
In February Tom spent 2 weeks in Brighton recording the five-song EP with the help of Martin Smith & Jonny Bird who produced the project at Heights Studios.
