Remedy Drive Begin Recording New Album In Asia

Feb 02 2017

US rock band Remedy Drive have revealed that they will be recording their new album in Asia this month, with plans to release it later this year.

"We are starting to record in Southeast Asia this month" confirmed the band. "Songs of freedom birthed from these shores of oppression. Melodies of light coming from the streets of exploitation. Informed by our continued partnership with The Exodus Road. Excited for you to hear these new songs!"

The band will also be out on the road touring the US for most of February. Remedy Drive released their 11th studio recording 'Hope’s Not Giving Up' in 2016.

Comprised of founder and lead vocalist David Zach and bassist Corey Horn, Remedy Drive has garnered 10 Top 20 singles and released 10 critically acclaimed recordings since their inception in 1998. The band’s 2014 recording, Commodity, was inspired by their ongoing commitment to fight human trafficking. The project’s title cut remained atop national Christian rock charts for seven weeks. Music from Remedy Drive has been utilized on NBC, SpeedTV and VH1, and the band was featured earlier this summer in Middle Tennessee Hyundai Dealers’ “Music That Drives” promotion.
