Kelly Nunn Releases 'All Things New' Single From 'All Rise Up' Solo EP

Jul 11 2018

Florida based worship pastor Kelly Nunn has released 'All Things New', the first single from his debut solo EP 'All Rise Up'. On the international stage, Kelly Nunn has toured with Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, Further Seems Forever, Underoath & Sleeping by the Riverside. He has since settled down in the Tampa Bay Florida area and is now the Worship Pastor for the Saint Pete Vineyard.

Kelly is also a singer/songwriter who spins a unique melody from his heart of worship, his deep roots in Southern Gospel, and his many years on tour in the Christian metal industry. He is also the owner-producer of Sound Source Studios where he teaches and develops up-and-coming artists and musicians as well as records and produces international and local bands.

With 'All Rise', Kelly weaves the listener through worshipful and introspective songs that mesh some of his favorite genres. From his down home roots growing up in Louisville, Kentucky, to his years on the road touring at the height of the christian indie rock and heavy music invasion of the early-to-mid 2000’s, Kelly’s blend of indie/worship is a welcome alternative to the safety of today’s musical standards.

Kelly Nunn is part musician, part producer and part road warrior. Combining 20 years of experience spanning every genre from indie rock, metal, to folk, Kelly crosses over from producer to musician once again to bring you his work he's waited a lifetime to make. After over 15 years of recording and touring in over 20 countries with the likes of Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, Further Seems Forever and Underoath, Kelly took time off the road to pursue his passions on the other side of the soundboard. In doing so, as a producer in his current hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, Kelly felt compelled to make an album that would be purely his from start to finish, incorporating some of his favorite musical elements with Worship at the heart.

"People have asked when I was going to make the record I've always wanted. It’s taken me 4 years to understand what that record would look like. What my voice to God be like? Having walked away from God, I now understand how to find His love and grace again but most of all, find His forgiveness. These songs are my worship to find God’s heart again. I've never been in at a place in life where I just trusted in God so much that I would give him my all. Trusting in him 100%"
