The artist ~JHK~, from Houston, Texas, has released a new single on all platforms called 'Rise (It's About Time)', which he describes as "a unique combination of equal parts cinematic and 80's Michael Jackson-esque vocal character, layered with the sounds of new RnB and bedroom pop minimalism ambience." The song has already garnered 10k plays on Soundcloud within the first 24 hours.



"This first release signals my new passion to 'Rise (It's About Time)' for a cause towards something greater, which stems from my broken childhood, that almost led to an arrest and many other incidents. While discovering myself in College, I found God within the halls of my community, which led to an understanding that the forgiveness of others is the only way to recover, I gave up my burgeoning career and decided to help change the world for God.

The best way to experience this song, is not to think activity (eating, sleeping, driving), but to visualize starting in a hollow soul cavern and rising onto the tops of Mt.
